Someone taught
you… Someone helped you… Someone showed you… Someone took the time…. |
Dixie Bloor Neighbourhood Centre has joined with three Peel community agencies, York and the City of Toronto under the initiative of the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC) in creating a Mentoring Partnership geared towards the skilled immigrant.
The Mentoring Partnership creates matches between new
immigrants (Mentees) with professionals (Mentors) in the same field.
Duration of the match is up to 24 hours over a four-month period.

Mentors are people who have combination of knowledge and business experience to bring wisdom as a guide to the learning process-of how to integrate effectively into the Canadian labour market.
To become a Mentor to a skilled professional in your field of expertise, visit our website www.thementoringpartnership.com and go to “For Mentors” and register online in just five minutes.
