Services include practical guidance to assist the newcomer in coping with problems of everyday living, introduction to the local community, and information regarding the rights and obligations of newcomers.

Interpretation/Translation
 

Albanian, American Sign Language, Arabic, Bosnian, Chinese, Croatian, Hindi, English, French, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Tamil, Ukrainian, Urdu, and Vietnamese.

Assistance in completing forms, documents and applications related to immediate settlement.

Counselling
 

Non-therapeutic counselling includes identifying needs and assisting the newcomer to access appropriate services.
