Right now, 1 in 4 families in the GTA live in poverty, and food bank visits have surged by a staggering 51% since last year. Many households are stuck in inadequate housing, while vital community services are struggling to keep up with demand as our region grows.

United Way is leading the way, investing $115.4 million this year to fund 650+ programs across 300 agencies. Thanks to support from people like you, 2 million individuals accessed food, housing, and essential services last year.

DBNC is proud to join the United Way campaign again to help build a brighter, more inclusive future. Your participation—whether through a donation or spreading the word—can make all the difference.

Activity Highlights

DBNC hosted an engaging event filled with activities like henna art, creating handmade bracelets, and sharing knitted items, while employees captured memories at the photo booth and enjoyed delicious refreshments and pizza—bringing everyone together in a vibrant community spirit.
